This Zenith El Primero A386 has a mechanical automatic self-winding high beat El Primero caliber 3019 PHC chronograph movement. It has a 50-hour power reserve at full wind, and the 12.8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. It has distinctive tri-color subsidiary dials, including a running seconds indicator at 9 o'clock, a 12-hour chronograph register at 6 o'clock, and there is a 30-miute totalizer at the three o'clock position. There is a perimeter tachymeter to 500 UPH, and inside on a plain black reserve is a 1/10th second ring. A quick set date aperture window is 4 and 5 o'clock. The original silver dial has applied steel faceted luminous baton indexes, skeletonized white baton hands with luminous inserts, and a red center chronograph hand with a rectangular luminous indicator around a minute/one-fifth second scale. The 37mm diameter solid two-body case, hooded lugs, and flat bezel are polished. There is a solid screw-down case back and round chronograph pushbuttons.
